Mrs. Dora DeBoer

I am honored and excited to join the Mendenhall family as the Assistant Principal this year! 
My journey in Plano ISD began almost 17 years ago. I have served in Plano in various roles ranging from teacher assistant to bilingual teacher, intervention specialist, ELD coach, and eventually as a Language Acquisition Specialist in the Multilingual Department. 
I embrace Mendenhall's guiding principle to build strong and meaningful relationships with all students, teachers, and parents. I look forward to working with the exceptional and dedicated Mende staff and community to continue creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child and staff member can reach their full potential!
